Amazing...Inspirational...fantastic night out as always raising £12,116.30p
The Hall was packed out. Dot and Geoff were, as always hilarious. The Ivy Benson Tribute Band were brilliant. 
With songs like Moonlight Serenade, Pennsylvania 65000, Chattanooga Choo Choo and In the Mood, they went down a storm. Some of the girls are very young and still at school!. Davis Artus and Sonia sang with the band for a couple of numbers and Gary and the dancers performed a couple of sets. Katherine Crowe now terminally ill (‘Down but not out!’) as she says, sang her new song ‘Don’t let me go’ with Matt Creer. Very emotional, but Kath is determined to be in the next Show in 2015.
Our girls (and Chris!) were as always the Stars of the Show in their fab outfits from M&S. Routines choreographed with great patience by Sonia, looked very professional. A Finale of a Beatles Medley sang by Sonia, David and Gary had everyone on their feet, arms waving. An amazing sight.
A little note of sadness as I gave tribute to Louise Smith, Her husband, family and friends were there at a Table. I spoke to David after and he had thoroughly enjoyed the show.
Stress levels are dropping now! Roll on 2015!

· Paid for childcare for 3 days immediately after each cycle of chemo for a Mum, so sick from side effects that she couldn’t get out of bed.
· Paid for a terminally ill Mum to take her child on a little holiday.
· A lady had a stroke straight after her breast cancer surgery and went to live with her son. He wanted to turn their bathroom into a wet room. He had little money and had to take a week off work without pay to do the work so we gave them the equivalent of his weeks wages.
· Paid for a fill of heating oil.
· Paid urgent utility bills.
· New reading glasses for an elderly patient.
